Creating an Industry Podcast

Produced the first six episode pilot with local HR clients to highlight their success stories and careers then expanded the show to feature leaders from top employers and staffing agencies, quickly becoming a top podcast in the HR Tech industry.

Published 120+ Episodes over 2 Years

Produced, interviewed, edited, and distributed over 120 original podcast interviews to position Ryan O'Donnell as a thought leader in the HR Tech market and EmployUs as a leading solution provider.

Automated Content Marketing

Built an automated content machine to turn an 18 minute interview into several pieces of content to share across multiple platforms using tools like Podcast.co, Banner Bear, Buffer, Airtable, Zapier, Hubspot and more. Created hundreds of customizable assets at scale via APIs to promote the show without needing to hire an external marketing agency or designer.

Branding & Website Design

Created and launched the PeopleTalk brand as a separate project from EmployUs. The rights to the podcast and its brand were sold to Hireology in 2021 alongwith the sale of EmployUs.
